2. Enquiry and quotation website
This website provides information about personal protective equipment, protective workwear and safety equipment. It does not provide online checkout and submitting an enquiry does not place an order or guarantee supply.
3. Quotations and orders
Products, sizes, quantities, standards, prices, taxes, availability, payment, lead times, delivery, collection and fulfilment arrangements are confirmed in a written quotation. A binding order exists only when a quotation is accepted in the stated manner and any required payment or account conditions are met. A quotation is valid only for the period stated on it.
4. Product selection and workplace safety
PPE must be selected according to the task, hazard, working environment, workplace procedures, applicable standards and a suitable risk assessment. Website content is general product information and is not occupational health and safety advice. The buyer and employer remain responsible for confirming suitability, fit, training, inspection, maintenance, replacement and correct use.
5. Product information
We aim to present useful and accurate information, but images may be illustrative and product specifications, packaging, colours and availability can change. Final details are those confirmed in the quotation or product documentation.
6. Payment, delivery, returns and warranties
Payment, delivery, collection, cancellation, return and warranty terms will be stated in the applicable quotation, invoice or written agreement. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited under the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law.
7. Your information
You must provide accurate and complete information and tell us promptly if it changes. We may rely on the quantities, sizes, specifications, delivery information and workplace details you provide.
8. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape it excessively, or use its content unlawfully.
9. Intellectual property
The website design, branding, logo, text, graphics and other content belong to CL Protective Gear or are used with permission. You may view and print content for legitimate personal or business evaluation, but may not reproduce or exploit it commercially without written permission.

Links to third-party services, including WhatsApp, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their availability, content, privacy practices or terms.
